Joe is great! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and goes out of his way to try to save you money. He also uncovered some very unfair business practices from my previous insurer. It turns out they had been charging me thousands of dollars more than what they should’ve been and because of him, I was able to file a complaint and get some of my money back. He didn’t have to do any of that but the fact that he did show us what a great guy he is and that he really wants to help his clients.

Joe has been my insurance agent for a few years now and I must say - his knowledge, attention to detail, and unconditional caring is unmatched. He knew about the legal aspects of malpractice insurance and what we need to know and made himself available instead of just referring to the insurance legal team to deal with it which I appreciated
